•Jacket sealing: We use heat shrink machines.The shrinked jacket is even—no bubbles. 

•Final assembly: Harnesses are neatly bundled.

2. Prototypes You Can Actually Test: No “Just a Drawing” Promises

• Length, wire gauge, and connectors match your sketch. 

• We use the connector brands you prefer (e.g., AMP, MOLEX, JST....). 

3. Scalable Production: 

Once you approve the sample, we’ll sign a Production Confirmation Sheet detailing exactlywhat goes into your harness: material brands, wire gauge, and processes.
