Conductive rubber connectors, commonly known as zebra stripes, are formed by alternately layering conductive silicone and insulating silicone before vulcanization.

Conductive rubber connectors have stable and reliable performance, and are easy and efficient to produce and assemble. Widely used for connecting LCD displays and circuit boards in gaming consoles, telephones, electronic watches, calculators, instruments, and other products. Here is a brief introduction to each type of rubber strip: YDP - single-sided foam strip, with one side sponge foam insulation and three sides with conductive function. YL zebra strip is the most common and commonly used type of conductive adhesive strip, which has the function of conducting electricity on all four sides. YSP double-sided foam strip is also the most common type of conductive adhesive strip, with foam sponge on both sides of the strip, which has good insulation performance. YS transparent interlayer strip, with dark gray transparent silicone on both sides having insulation function, and its hardness is relatively harder than other types of rubber strips. YY printing type, the characteristic of this type of conductive adhesive strip is to apply a layer of insulation material on the surface of the conductive layer, which will not cause a short circuit with the metal shell during use. When the thickness of the adhesive strip is required to be thin, the maximum thickness of the conductive layer can be ensured. YDM insulation tape, the tape is fully insulated.
